The Movie Database Support

I wanted to Update the certification for M3gan in Switzerland, but was not able to save it, because the certification was not valid.

So it probably needs to be added.

Switzerland uses following certifications

0, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18. (Source: (only german and french available))

However there are no official ratings for tv series. Some tv stations might add a hint, that the movie / series is not recommended for persons < 16 / < 18.

The physical release of movies / series are often with FSK certifications (Germany).

But the certification of movies in cinemas is for most of the cantons valid, so therefore am implenentation would be very helpful to complete the datasets.

I've added the movie certifications. Not sure what to do for TV. What do streaming providers use for TV shows? Say, for example, a TV show Netflix original?

So I checked Disney+ and Netflix online.

Netflix is using All, 7+, 13+, 16+, 18+ (which sounds very American to me)

While Disney+ is using 0, 6, 12, 16, 18 (probably German system here)

For example Spiderman (2002) is rated 12 on Disney+ and 13+ on Netflix. Original Example: Wednesday is rated 13+ (Netflix). Willow is rated 12 (Disney+)

However, when we talking about releasing series on blu rays or dvds, as already said above, the german system will be used mostly.
